Ich bin Sebastian. Operator, Tech-Nerd und jemand, der Dinge lieber macht als darüber redet. Viele Jahre habe ich in Cambridge, Massachusetts gearbeitet, im Orbit von MIT und Harvard, in multinationalen Teams, die täglich zwischen Kulturen und Zeitzonen navigiert haben. Ich spreche App und Web, denke in Sprints und kenne Projekte von der ersten Idee bis zum Go-live. Zurück in Deutschland habe ich als COO und Vorstandsmitglied ein Unternehmen durch seine Wachstumsphase geführt. Budget- und P&L-Verantwortung, Teamaufbau, Skalierung und am Ende ein profitabler Exit. KI-Tools nutze ich täglich, wie jedes andere Werkzeug auch. Diese Erfahrungen sind die beste Basis für unicornjellyfish. I'm Sebastian. Operator, tech nerd and someone who'd rather get things done than talk about them.
